General terms
General Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales
1. General
These general terms define the conditions for purchasing and using tickets bought through the website of EKDIS d.o.o., Vevška cesta 52, 1260 Ljubljana-Polje, Slovenia, registration number: 1922769000, VAT ID: SI83862978 (hereinafter: the provider).
By purchasing a ticket, the buyer confirms that they are familiar with and agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Purchase and Payment
Tickets can be purchased via the website using an electronic form and by selecting a payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer). After successful payment, the buyer will receive the ticket in electronic format (PDF or QR code) to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT. All prices are valid at the time the order is placed.
3. Delivery
Tickets are delivered exclusively in digital form (via email). The buyer is responsible for providing a correct email address. In case of delivery issues, they can contact support at: info@ekdis.si.
4. Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 43č of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract, as the tickets relate to leisure events (cultural, sports, and similar) with a specific date.
Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
5. Event Cancellation or Change
In the event of cancellation, the buyer is entitled to a refund. The provider will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the request, unless the organizer specifies otherwise.
If the date or location of the event changes, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date. If the buyer disagrees with the change, they have the right to request a refund within the period set by the organizer.
6. Use of Tickets
The buyer must keep their ticket secure. The provider is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused tickets.
The ticket is valid only with a unique code. Multiple uses of the same code are not permitted – only the first scanned ticket is considered valid.
7. Limitation of Liability
The provider is not liable for program changes, delays, event cancellations, venue safety, or other circumstances that fall under the responsibility of the organizer or force majeure. Attending the event is at the buyer's own risk.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints may be sent by the buyer to: info@ekdis.si. The provider will respond within 8 working days.
Disputes are resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction. Slovenian law applies.
9. Personal Data Protection
Personal data protection is governed by a separate Privacy Policy available on the provider's website.
10. Amendments to Terms
The provider reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice. The terms are effective from the date of publication and are binding for all purchases made thereafter.
Effective date: 29 July 2025
